WHAT IS THIS MEDICATION FOR?
Azee 250mg is a macrolide antibiotic used to treat a wide range of bacterial infections, such as throat infections, sinusitis, bronchitis, skin infections, ear infections, and certain sexually transmitted infections.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Azee 250mg contains Azithromycin, which works by inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis, thereby stopping the growth and multiplication of harmful bacteria. It is effective against both gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria.
HOW TO USE?
Take Azee 250mg once daily, preferably at the same time each day. It can be taken with or without food. Always complete the full course as prescribed, even if symptoms improve earlier.
SIDE EFFECTS
Common: Nausea, diarrhea, abdominal discomfort, vomiting
Less common: Dizziness, headache, mild skin rash
Serious (rare): Liver issues, irregular heartbeat, severe allergic reactions

WHAT TO DO IF I MISS A DOSE?
Take the missed dose as soon as you remember. If it’s close to the next dose, skip the missed one. Do not double the dose.
