Prandin

Prandin (Repaglinide Tablets) is an oral medication used to control blood sugar levels in adults with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus. It belongs to the class of medicines known as meglitinides, which work by stimulating the pancreas to release insulin immediately before meals. This helps reduce post-meal (postprandial) blood sugar spikes.
Prandin is typically taken 2–4 times daily before meals and can be used alone or in combination with other diabetes medications like metformin. It acts quickly and is ideal for flexible mealtime glucose control.
